1st lesson:
We will tune your instrument during this course by working on the following elements:
- Understand how the neck works and the interactions between string height, bridge and nut
- Handle curvature control
- Truss rod adjustment
- Easel height adjustment
- Work on the nut
- Harmonics adjustment
- Microphone height adjustment
- Before/after comparison, empty and in an amp
2nd course:
For people who already have knowledge or have already taken a course with me, we can work on the following elements:
- Planning
- The making of a bone nut
- Electronics
3rd course and more:
I can support you for several months, at your own pace, and thus achieve the level you want.
Dates:
If you are alone, the session will be on a weekday, Monday to Friday, morning or afternoon. We will schedule it according to your availability.
If there are two or more of you, a Saturday session is possible, if that suits you.
Consumables:
It will be necessary to fit new strings on the instrument(s).
You can come with your set(s) of strings. Otherwise, d'Addario strings are on sale at the workshop.
All parts necessary to repair your instrument(s) will be extra.
